GPS is committed to responsible conduct and expects the same from its suppliers. Our supply chain is carefully selected to maximize sustainability and minimize the environmental impact. GPS continues to maintain a FSC Chain-of-custody (since 30.10.2013).

SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) is the most widely used social audit in the world. SMETA is Sedex’s social auditing methodology, enabling businesses to assess their sites and suppliers to under- stand working conditions in their supply chain. GPS has a fundamental responsibility towards its employees and constantly monitors health and safety for employ- ees and workers, and has zero tolerance for human rights abuses such as child and forced labour.

ClimatePartner vergrößert Expertise rund um Klimaschutz und Nachhaltigkeit ClimatePartner is a leading solutions provider for climate action and helps its customers calculate and reduce car- bon emissions and offset unabated emissions. GPS teamed up with ClimatePartner in 2022. The declared goal is the capability to calculate the carbon footprint of every single book produced and to identify potential areas for further reduction of the company’s carbon footprint.
